Our history is a route along the landscape

Ballast Nedam has a long history that goes back to 1877. All these years of experience result in a wealth of knowledge and expertise. As well as an impressive list of national and international buildings, bridges, tunnels, harbours, homes and highways.

Rönesans Holding

In 2015, Ballast Nedam was acquired by Rönesans Holding and subsequently delisted. The company is wholly owned by Rönesans Holding. Rönesans Holding was founded in 1993 and is currently active as a main contractor and investor in 30 countries around the world. The holding company is active in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, energy, industrial facilities and healthcare.
