We take care of everything for the customer and even go a step further than they ask of us: we identify areas for improvement, actively contribute ideas and always seek the best solution. For instance, it is quite complex to carry out management and maintenance whilst remaining virtually invisible to end-users. That is why we get involved in the design right from the initial phase and, for example, advise on the layout of a building, map out the processes and identify risks.

With around 30 colleagues and in collaboration with our partners, we work together to achieve the best results. With us, you’ll be part of a close-knit and driven team comprising facilities coordinators, technicians and facilities (energy) managers, amongst others.

Through workshops, training courses, development sessions and team-building outings, we strengthen our team spirit and challenge each other to get the best out of ourselves. In addition, we organise formal sessions four times a year in which we reflect together on where we stand, where we want to go and which developments we see that we can capitalise on.
